The MSR International network operates in Italy (Milan), The Netherlands (Naarden), Germany (Cologne) and Spain (Madrid). The network has around 70 highly experienced consultants to call on at any one time, to implement any project that you may have.

In Italy, MSR - which stands for Mystery Shopping Researches - was founded in 1994 offering consultancy in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Value Management. However, due to popular demand, MSR began to concentrate on the Mystery Shopping element, which has since become its main and most successful offer.
